Why Stratega

How we work

Stratega is a fast-growing agency serving clients at home and abroad. Our team is made up of market research specialists.

As we grow, we are looking for people with experience in market research and B2B client service, particularly in the FMCG, healthcare and automotive sectors. We also welcome applications from English-speaking candidates at the start of their careers. From everyone we expect a proactive approach to problem-solving and persistence in reaching goals, good organisation, independence and, above all, a professional approach to client service.

Stratega has an office in Warsaw (Equator II Business Centre), a registered seat in Łódź and offices in Bucharest and Prague. For experienced market researchers we offer flexible terms of cooperation across Poland and the wider CEE region, with remote options open to candidates across the EU.

International projects

We work for research agencies, consultancies and brands from Western Europe, the UK and the US. English is our everyday working language.

Our own panel, CATI studio, focus facility and recruitment team. You learn the whole process, not just one slice of it.

Clear terms

Office in Warsaw on Al. Jerozolimskie, teams in Bucharest and Prague. We welcome candidates in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary, and remote applicants from anywhere in the EU. Hours are agreed with the team.

ESOMAR and MSPA standards

We work to ESOMAR and MSPA Europe standards and the international research code of conduct.
