Stratega conducts studies of pricing using the Gabor-Granger method and price sensitivity test (PSM). By using these methods we are able to indicate the optimal price for a product or service. As a result, our price analyses are realized using quantitative market research and with the use of advanced methods of data analysis.
We also perform more extensive market research. To do so, we use conjoint analysis thanks to which we are able to identify the optimal combination of the product characteristics. In this case, the price of the product is one of its attributes. Thus, we can evaluate the influence of the change in combination with changes in the other features of a product such as a package size, a warranty period, the number of pieces in packaging, size, durability, and many others.
